Terms of Service

You agree to use the Service strictly within the limits of your chosen subscription plan. The free tier grants 100 API calls per day. Paid plans offer higher quotas as described on our pricing page.

You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits through any means, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to aggregate free-tier quotas
• Using proxies, VPNs, or other technical measures to bypass rate limiting
• Sharing API keys with third parties outside your organization
• Reverse engineering or scraping the Service infrastructure

Exceeding your plan limits may result in temporary suspension of API access until your quota resets or you upgrade your plan.

Abusive use of the Service is strictly prohibited. IsValid reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice or refund, if we determine in our sole discretion that you are engaged in:

• Automated abuse — running bots, scrapers, or scripts that place excessive load on the Service beyond normal API usage patterns
• Fraudulent activity — using the Service to validate data for purposes of fraud, identity theft, spam, or phishing
• Illegal use — any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Reselling without authorization — offering the Service to third parties as your own product without a written reseller agreement
• Security attacks — attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of the Service or its underlying infrastructure

We reserve the right to report violations to law enforcement authorities where required or appropriate. Account termination decisions are final unless you contact support with evidence of an erroneous suspension within 14 days.

To maintain service quality and manage infrastructure resources, accounts that have been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be subject to deletion.

An account is considered inactive when no API calls have been made and no login activity has been recorded during the 12-month period.

Before any inactive account is deleted, IsValid will:

1. Send a warning email to the registered address at least 30 days before the scheduled deletion date
2. Send a final reminder email at least 7 days before deletion
3. Provide a clear link to reactivate your account by logging in

If you reactivate your account before deletion, it will be restored to its previous state including API keys and usage history. IsValid is not responsible for data loss resulting from account deletion following the notification procedures described above.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISVALID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
